Buckeye
Playing Cards - 2007 Pumpkin Show
In
2007 we took a statewide look at our deck and did Buckeye Playing Cards.
Buckeye Playing Cards feature not only fun "buckeye" facts, places to view buckeye trees and buckeye history, but they take a look at the natural side of buckeyes. Choose with, or without a real buckeye!

with the popular theme of featuring a different image on each card face, is
the 100th Anniversary deck of "Real" Souvenir Playing Cards.

Circleville Pumpkin Show Mural Playing
Cards - 2006 Pumpkin Show
This
deck features artwork by Mural Artist, Eric Henn. The card backs
feature the GIANT image that is currently being painted on a building in
downtown Circleville. The mural was scheduled to be done for the 100th
Anniversary
Pumpkin Show, but the Mural Playing Cards were available early!
This deck has a limited edition printing of only 2,500 decks. These decks are at Something Different, Especially For You and Treasure Isle (all part of Circleville Gifts). You can still stop by any of these stores and pick up a deck as a few are still left. Likewise, Newt's Playing Cards has a few left in stock too.

Circleville Playing Cards - 2005 Pumpkin Show
In
2005 the pumpkin scarecrow was seen
sitting on a fence with a farm scene in the background (see image to left).
In 2006 the pumpkin scarecrow actually visited the Pumpkin Show!
The deck has a limited edition printing of only 4,000 decks. There are about a few hundred still floating around Circleville so if you want to try to snag a deck you'll have to check out one of the current locations to see if they have any left. If they do, I'm sure it's not too many.

Circleville Playing Cards - 2004 Pumpkin Show
The first deck o playing cards was sold in 2004 and was
featured in a matching tin. The tin featured a teddy bear holding a
pumpkin. There are a few of these left at Newt's Playing Cards, but I'm
sure with all of the buzz they won't last long. There were only 500 of
these decks printed. Each one is numbered and signed by the owner, James
Esteph.
To purchase the 2004 Pumpkin Show deck (1st Edition) the only place to get it from is Newt's Playing Cards. You can stop by their retail store in Circleville or get the 2004 Pumpkin Show Deck online.
The second decks was really a deck from Circleville, Oh which featured images from The Pumpkin Show.
In 2005 the "pumpkin scarecrow" was introduced on the back of a deck playing cards about Circleville, OH (see image to left). The deck featured a unique souvenir set-up on the faces that had 54 unique photos of the Circleville area. The deck of cards were a HUGE hit and are still available in very limited quantities at various locations.
